Welcome to the website of First Class Coordination LLC (“First Class Coordination,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, website content, digital materials, and any services or products offered through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
About First Class Coordination LLC
First Class Coordination LLC provides professional administrative support services for real estate professionals, which may include listing coordination, contract-to-close transaction coordination, transaction and compliance support, administrative support, related real estate support services, and educational resources and digital products when offered.
Specific services, responsibilities, fees, and terms for individual clients may be governed by a separate written service agreement. If these Terms conflict with an executed client service agreement regarding contracted services, the executed service agreement will control with respect to those services.
Administrative Nature of Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement and permitted by applicable law, First Class Coordination LLC provides administrative and coordination services. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal, tax, financial, lending, brokerage, or other professional advice.
First Class Coordination LLC does not provide legal advice. Users and clients remain responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals regarding matters requiring legal, tax, financial, brokerage, lending, or other professional judgment.
Real Estate Licensing and Brokerage Disclaimer
Transaction coordination and administrative support services are provided within the scope permitted by applicable law and applicable brokerage requirements. Nothing on this website creates an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or similar professional relationship between a website visitor and First Class Coordination LLC.
Real estate agents and brokers remain responsible for their licensed activities, representations, contractual obligations, client advice, transaction decisions, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, brokerage policies, MLS requirements, and professional standards.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging First Class Coordination LLC are responsible for providing accurate and complete transaction information; providing necessary documents and system access; responding to requests for information in a timely manner; reviewing documents when appropriate; obtaining required signatures; making decisions requiring licensed professional judgment; providing instructions when client authorization is required; maintaining appropriate brokerage oversight; and complying with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, MLS rules, and brokerage requirements.
First Class Coordination LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, inaccessible systems, third parties, client delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
No Guarantee of Transaction Outcome
Real estate transactions involve numerous parties and circumstances outside the control of First Class Coordination LLC. We do not guarantee that a transaction will close, a particular closing date, financing approval, appraisal results, inspection results, title clearance, contract performance by another party, MLS approval, brokerage approval, vendor performance, or any particular financial or business result.
Coordination services are intended to assist with organization, communication, documentation, and administrative workflow.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on this website. However, real estate laws, regulations, forms, brokerage requirements, MLS procedures, technology platforms, and industry practices may change.
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice or verification of current requirements. We do not warrant that every piece of website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Service Availability
Descriptions of services on this website are provided for general informational purposes. Service availability, pricing, scope, turnaround times, and eligibility may change. Submission of an inquiry or request through the website does not guarantee acceptance as a client.
A client relationship is established only as specified in the applicable service agreement or other written confirmation from First Class Coordination LLC.
Fees and Payment
Fees for professional services are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, service agreement, checkout page, or other written terms presented in connection with the service. Clients are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing and payment terms before purchasing or engaging services. Additional work outside an agreed scope may require additional fees or authorization.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, termination, and refund policies for professional services are governed by the applicable service agreement or purchase terms. Where a specific cancellation or refund policy is displayed at checkout or included in a service agreement, that policy controls. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a service does not create an unconditional right to a refund after work has begun.
Digital Products
First Class Coordination LLC may offer downloadable templates, guides, checklists, educational materials, or other digital products. Digital products are provided for informational and educational purposes.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, digital purchases are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use; may not be resold, redistributed, copied for commercial distribution, sublicensed, or represented as the purchaser’s own work; do not transfer intellectual property ownership; and do not constitute legal, tax, brokerage, financial, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for determining whether a resource is appropriate for their specific transaction, brokerage, jurisdiction, or circumstances. Because laws, forms, contracts, brokerage requirements, and industry practices change, purchasers should independently verify current requirements before relying on a digital resource. Any refund policy applicable to digital products will be disclosed at or before purchase.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, templates, downloadable resources, educational materials, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to First Class Coordination LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written authorization except as expressly permitted by the applicable product license.
First Class Coordination Branding
The First Class Coordination LLC name, branding, logos, graphics, and related brand elements may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization without our prior written permission.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
Failure by First Class Coordination LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date on this page. Continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
